Wholesale Terms
- All prices are in NZD.
- We have a women's range and a men's range.
- Women's range is www.thebravepantscompany.com and men's is exclusively men's only www.bravemen.com. You can market them as two different products or under the same company - it is up to you.
- You must be on the company's wholesale register in order to make an order. Your order will not be confirmed if you are not registered with us.
- You will be added to a google drive to access all media photos to promote and advertise our brand. Please send us your ad before posting it as we want to ensure our brand is represented appropriately. If this occurs regularly and we are genuinely unhappy with how to brand is being portrayed, you will be removed as a wholesaler.
- All orders are paid in full before shipment.
- At times there may be sample gear we will send you to give to your sponsored riders or sell in your shop.
- The RRP pricing is for all foreign dollar currencies. This is because it costs us between $30-$120NZD to send a singular product internationally. For example, it cost $86.20 to send a pair of $169.99 breeches to USA, $169.99 +$86.20 = $256.19. If you were to compare prices $169.99NZD = $260.18USD. It works out to be of similar value. We can explain this in-depth, just flick us a message.

Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship world wide with DHL
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 10 to 15 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. There is a 3-day processing time for all orders. You will be sent a tracking number when you shipment is on the road.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Whatever it cost to get the product back to us.
